How Do I...


How do I download the casino?
Click on the ‘DOWNLOAD’ button on the website to start the casino download. Save the file to your hard drive and make a note of where you are saving the download file, so that you can install the casino software once it has downloaded.

How do I install the casino software?
If you are not prompted to open the file after the download wizard has run, double-click on the casino ‘.exe’ file. You will find it in the folder you saved the installer to. If not, click on the Windows ‘Start’ button, select ‘Search/For Files or Folders’. Use ‘Fortune Room’ as the keyword. 


How do I register an account?

  • Connect to the Internet and double-click on the ‘Fortune Room’ icon.
  • In the casino, click on ‘Connect’. A login will appear. Click on ‘Register’.
  • Follow the on-screen process and create your own case-sensitive password for your account. When asked if you want the software to remember your password, choose ‘Yes’ ONLY if no one else has access to your computer.

TIP: Keep your account number and password in a safe place, as you will use them to access the casino each time you wish to play.


How do I make a deposit?

  1. Once connected to the Internet, choose ‘Yes’ when asked if you want to purchase credits in the casino.
  2. The Banking pages will load, where you can deposit money into your casino account using your VISA card, so you can play with casino credits and win real money.

How do I play?

  1. Connect to the Internet and double-click on the ‘Fortune Room’ icon on your PC desktop.
  2. In the casino, click on ‘Connect’.
  3. Enter your Fortune Room account number and password to gain access.
  4. Go to the games lobby and choose your game from slots, table games, video poker and more. You can also select to play the latest or most popular games.
  5. Your approved deposit is automatically credited to your casino account to allow for uninterrupted play.



What happens if my transaction ‘times out’?

A timeout may occur when the accepted transaction response from a third party processor, e.g. a deposit made that does not reflect in your casino account due to a technical difficulty. 

Our Treasury Department will credit your casino account within 1-2 business days, should you experience a confirmed timeout. To speed up this process, contact our Support desk with details about your transaction. 

If you receive a comp before a missing deposit has been confirmed, please note: 

  • The comp is issued as a token of good faith.
  • If the missing deposit is not a timeout, the comp amount will be reversed from one of your casino accounts.
  • We reserve the right to withhold the comp amount from a future withdrawal on any of your casino accounts, pending the outcome of our investigation.



How do I withdraw money from my casino account?
You don't need to withdraw your winnings at the end of each session, as the amount is credited to your casino account immediately. This means you can withdraw or play with it at any time. Find out which methods may be used at the casino to withdraw money from your account.

  1. Click the ‘Bank’ button and select ‘Withdrawal’.
  2. In the required box, enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  3. For your convenience, the withdrawal will be pending in your casino account for 24 hours, allowing you to reverse the withdrawal or a portion thereof, should you change your mind.


*There are no charges for a check/cheque sent by ordinary mail. Courier fees will depend on your location and are deducted from the cash-in amount.

How do I reverse a withdrawal?
If you request a withdrawal, but change your mind within the 24-hour pending period, you can reverse the withdrawal and continue playing with your credits. 

  1. Connect to the Internet and double-click on the ‘Fortune Room’ icon.
  2. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet
  3. Enter your Fortune Room account number and password to gain access.
  4. Click the ‘Bank’ button and select ‘Reverse Withdrawal’.
  5. The sum of all your pending withdrawals will display; simply enter an amount you wish to reverse.
