Fortune Room Rewards

Welcome to the Fortune Room Rewards program! This loyalty-based program is aimed at extending the entertainment value for all Fortune Room ‘Real Money’ players. Registering a Real Money account will automatically qualify you to become part of the program. Through Rewards, you’ll earn Rewards Points, move up the tiers and maximize your casino experience with us. Points may be exchanged for cash credits, and there are no wagering requirements.

Earning Rewards Points

Every time you place a bet, or wager on games at Fortune Room Online Casino, you’ll earn Rewards Points. These points will be added to your Rewards account. You will earn Rewards Points from game play, whether you’ve won or not.

• You get:
• 1 Rewards Point for each 1 credit you wager on any of the slots games at the casino
• 1 Rewards Point per 5 credits wagered on table games.
• 1,000 Rewards Points may be redeemed for 1 cash credit.
• When you make your first deposit at Fortune Room, you’ll automatically receive your Rewards entry-level bonus of 2,500 Rewards Points.
• At least 5,000 Rewards Points are needed in your Rewards account before you can redeem the points for cash credits.
• Please be advised: Rewards Points expire if not used after 60 days.
• All players will start on the Silver level. Accumulating more points will eventually let you reach the highest loyalty level, Diamond. The higher the Rewards level, the better your benefits and rewards.

Keep in mind...

• If you are the casino account holder (if all account details are registered under your name) then you must also be the holder of the Rewards account.
• Linked Rewards accounts need to belong to the same individual.
• At any time, Fortune Room Online Casino may terminate this promotion without prior notification.

Rewards Levels and their benefits

There are four Rewards levels in the program. All new Real Money account players will start at the Silver Level, and can progress from there to Gold, then Platinum and finally Diamond, which is the last and highest loyalty level. Click on one of the links below to find out more about each level:

Silver Level

This is the first and starting loyalty level on Fortune Room Rewards. The more you wager and play your favorite games at the casino, the more Rewards Points you’ll accumulate and the quicker you’ll be able to move up the loyalty levels.
Silver Level benefits:

• You can use your accumulated Rewards Points and exchange them either for casino cash credits, or credits towards extending your gaming time.
• On registration of a Real Money account, your Rewards account will automatically be created as well, and credited with your 2,500-point loyalty bonus.
• Keep an eye on your inbox, as Fortune Room often hosts promotions that have great Rewards benefits. Participating in these promotions could allow you to move up a loyalty level instantly, and even secure you a loyalty status for life.

Gold Level

In order to move up from the Silver level to Gold, you’ll need to accumulate a minimum of 10,000 Rewards Points within the space of one month. To maintain this status, you’ll need to have earned between 10,000 and 24,999 Rewards Points per month.
Gold Level benefits:

• A Birthday Bonus of 20,000 Rewards Points will be allocated to your Rewards account, if you log in to Fortune Room on your actual birthday.
• You will earn Rewards Points at an increased rate of 5% (for example, if you earn 100 Rewards Points on Silver level, you’ll be receiving 105 points on Gold: 100 x 5% = 5; 100 + 5 = 105).
• You will also be eligible to receive a 10,000 Rewards Points ongoing loyalty bonus.

Platinum Level

The third Rewards level is Platinum. To get to Platinum level, you’ll need to accumulate and hold on to 25,000 Rewards Points within the space of a month, in order to move up from Gold level. To hold on to Platinum status, you will need to have earned between 25,000 and 74,999 Rewards Points per month.
Platinum Level benefits:

• When you log in to your Fortune Room Online Casino account on your birthday, your Rewards account will be credited with a Birthday Bonus of 60,000 Rewards Points.
• Platinum players will earn Rewards Points 10% faster than lower loyalty levels (for example, earning 100 points on Silver level means 110 points on Platinum level: 100 x 10% = 10; 100 + 10 = 110).
• Platinum-level players will also be eligible to receive 30,000 Rewards Points as an ongoing loyalty bonus.

Diamond Level

The highest Rewards level that you can achieve at Fortune Room Online Casino is the Diamond level. To get to this level, you’ll need to have a minimum of 75,000 Rewards Points in your Rewards account, and you’ll need to maintain this minimum for the period of one month to move up from Platinum level. To maintain your Diamond status, you will also need to earn more than 75,000 points per month.
Diamond Level benefits:

• A 100,000-point Birthday Bonus is yours the moment you log in to your Fortune Room casino account on your birthday.
• You’ll earn Rewards Points 15% faster than the previous loyalty levels (earning 100 points on Silver level means that you’ll earn 115 points on Diamond level: 100 x 15% = 15; 100 + 15 = 115 points).  
• Diamond-level players will also be eligible for a 50,000 Rewards Points as an ongoing loyalty bonus.

Rewards Program Frequently Asked Questions

How exactly can I qualify to become part of the Rewards loyalty program at Fortune Room?
If you’ve registered a Real Money account, you are automatically part of the Rewards program, and will start on the Silver level, accumulating points automatically as you bet and wager on games at the casino.

How exactly do the Rewards Points work?
Every time you wager 1 credit on a slots game, or wager 5 credits on any other game, you’ll receive 1 Rewards Point. All Rewards Points may be redeemed for casino cash credits, or can be used to extend playing time at the casino. Remember, if you don’t use your accumulated Rewards Points within 60 days of first accumulating them, you will lose your points. If you can hold on to Gold, Platinum or Diamond Rewards levels for three (3) months or more, you will qualify for the monthly ongoing loyalty bonuses.

How do I access my Fortune Room Rewards account and information about my Rewards Points?
In your Fortune Room software, while you’re inside the start-up screen (the very first screen that opens once you’ve launched the casino software). Please ensure that you are logged in; if you are logged in on your Fortune Room account, your Rewards information will display inside your software. This includes your level, the amount of points in your Rewards account, and also the option to redeem your points for cash credits.

What happens if I don’t accumulate enough Rewards Points within the space of a month?
You will drop down a Rewards level – save for Silver, which is the starting level; Real Money account players at Fortune Room cannot drop lower than Silver level, and Real Money players cannot drop out of the loyalty program.

Do my Rewards Points expire?
Yes, your Rewards Points will expire after a period of 60 days after being accumulated, if you do not use them.

How do I redeem my Rewards Points?
Log in to your Fortune Room software using the required account details. Once logged in, you’ll see a table that contains information on your status as a Rewards player. Simply click on ‘Redeem Points Now’ to redeem your Rewards Points. Please note that a minimum of 5,000 Points is needed before you’ll be allowed to redeem your points for cash credits.
